I Thomas B. Harris Clerk of the County Court in and for
said County do certify that the within and foregoing is a true
Copy of the orders of said court made on the 20th day of March
A. D. 1855 appointing Wm H. Edmonston Guardian and Curator
for Artimitia Edmonston and G. W. Edmonston as Guardian
and Curator for Emily G. Edmonston as the same appear
of Record in my office in order book L page 511  I do further
certify that said W.m H. Edmonston and G. W. Edmonston are
yet Guardians and Curators for said Artimitia and Emily G.
Edmonston

Court at office in Fulton this 16th day of June A. D. 1855

Edmondston an infant under the
age of twenty one years, George
W. Edmondston for himself and as Guardian for his sister
Emily G. Edmondston a minor under the age of twenty one
years and Jerusha Edmondston all of the County of Callaway
in the State of Missouri have made constituted and appointed
and by these presents do make constitute and appoint Seth
W. Warfield of Howard County in the State of Maryland my true
and lawful Attorney for us and in our names and for our use
to ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive all such sum
or sums of money, debts, legacies, devises, gifts, goods and
Chattels and other demands whatsoever which are or shall
be due, owing, payable and belonging to us in the State of
Maryland by any manner or means whatsoever especially
from the executors or administrators of the estate of our grand
father John Wilson deseased late of Anne Arundel County
in the State of Maryland or any other person or persons
whatever having the same in possession or under his or their
Control giving and granting unto our said Attorney by these
presents full power and authority in and about the premises
to have use and take all lawful ways and means in our
names for the purposes aforesaid and upon the receipt of
