Waters well known to me to be the identical person intended and acknowledged this to be his act and deed for the purposes therein contained In testimony whereof I have subscribed my name this day and date above written J. G. Worthington And at the same time and place also appeared before me Jno W. Whiteside the grantee in the said bill of sale named and made oath that the consideration set forth in the said bill of sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth J. G. or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge; have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Josiah Groves his executors administrators and assigns one large saddle case. To have and to hold the said described large saddle case to the said Josiah Groves his executors administrators and assigns forever; and the said George R. Shane for himself his heirs, executors and administrators the said large saddle case unto the said Josiah Groves his executors administrators and assigns against him the said George R.
