170 on Beaure one clock one looking glass two tables one wash stand four staves, 1 dozen Chairs, one Lounge with all the kitchen firneture and utentials thereto belonging all and singular which said goods and chattles are now remaining and being in the possesion of the said Humphrey C. Hill To Have and To Hold all and singular the said goods house hold stuff and firneture and other premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said John Forrest his executors administrators and assigns forever and I the said Humphrey C. Hill for myself my heirs executors and adminastrators all and singular the said goods hous^e^hold stuff and firniture and other premises unto the said John Forrest his executors adminastrators and assigns against me the said Humphrey C. Hill my executors and adminastrators and against all and every other person or persons whosoever shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents of all and singular which said goods household stuff and firneture and other premises I the said Humphrey C. Hill have put the said John Forrest in full possesion by delivering to him the John Forrest one chair at the sealing and delivering of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and intended to be so unto him the said John Forrest as aforesaid In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand and seal this second day of May eighteen hundred and fifty six signed sealed and delivered in the presence of H.
