company of Howard county brought before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace in and for the said county this third day of may in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty six Eight Sows as trespassing upon the enclosures of the said company Three white and five white and black sows about one year old Given under my hand C. sixty nine dollars current money to me in hand paid by John Forrest of county and state aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents the recipt whereof I the said Humphrey C. Hill do hereby acknowledge have barganed and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Jhon Forrest his executors adminastrors and assigns all the goods household Stuff implements and firneture particularl mentioned expressed and contained in the schedule hereunto annexed or particularly Mentioned that is to say Three feather Beds Bedsteads and beding two carpets |
