151 the said Richard Iglehart delivered to the said Ann Iglehart. To Have and To Hold all and singular the said goods and chattles and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said Ann Iglehart her executors administrators and assigns forever and I the said Richard Iglehart for myself my heirs executors and adminastrators all and the said goods chattles and premises unto the said Ann Iglehart her executors adminastrators and assigns against me the said Richard Iglehart my executors and adminastrators and against all and every other peson or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents of all and singular which said goods and chattles and other premises I the said Richard Iglehart have put the said Ann Iglehart in full possesion of all the said goods and chattles hereing before fully set forth and particularly mentioned at the sealing and delivering of these presents as the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and intended to be so unto her the said Ann Iglehart. In witness whereof I hereuto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this fourteenth day march eighteen hundred and fifty six signed sealed and delivered in the presence of Rich.d Iglehart J.r (seal) George W.
