the subscriber one of the justices of the
peace of the state of maryland in and for
Howard county appears seth W. Warfield
and samuel R. Powell and acknowledges
the foregoing instrument of writing
to be his act and deed according to the
true intent and Meaning thereof and
the acts of assembly in such case made
and provided and I further certify that
from my own knowledge the said seth
W. Warfield and samuel R. Powell are the
persons who are named and described
as and professing to be the party grantors
and releasers in said Instrument of
writing                     Ignatius Waters J. Peace

state of Maryland anne arundel county to wit
Be it remembered that on this twenty
fifth day of May in the year eighteen
hundred and fifty five before me
the subscriber one of the justices of
the Peace of the state of maryland in
and for anne arundel county appears
Tristram S. Dorsey and acknowledges
the aforegoing Instrument of writing
to be his act and deed according to the
true intent and meaning thereof and
the acts of assembly in such case made
and provided and I further certify from
my own knowledge the said Tristram
is the person who is named and described
as and professing to be the party
grantor and releaser in said instrument
of writing
          sworn before         John Spears

state of maryland anne arundel county
to wit  I hereby certify that John spears
Esquire before whom the aforegoing acknowledgment
appears to have been
made was at the time of so doing one
of the state of marylands Justices of the
peace in and for anne arundel county
duly commissioned and sworn

              of the circuit court for anne
