115 court which bonds were approved and and recorded among the chattel records of Howard District of anne arundel county on or about the 31.st of may 1850. and whereas the said William H. Worthington as clerk aforesaid has paid over all Monies due the state of Maryland and otherwise acquitted himself property as clerk aforesaid we the said Wesley Linthicum set W. Warfield Thomas J. white Samuel R. Powell and Tristram s. Dorsey do agree to execute this Instrument of writing as a full release of the before mentioned personal property. Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said Wesley Linthicum set W. Warfield Thomas J. white samuel R. Powell and Tristram s. Dorsey for and in consideration of the above mentioned premises and for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar in hand paid by the said William H. Worthington the receipt whereof the said parties of the first part doth acknowledge themselves to be fully satisfied contented and paid hath and by these presents doth give grant bargain sell and release enfeoff and confirm unto him the said William H. Worthington and his heirs and assigns forever all the above and aforementioned personal property. To Have and To Hold the same to him the said William H. Worthington his heirs and assigns forever to his and their only proper use and behoof and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In witness whereof the said Wesley Linthicum seth W. Warfield Thomas J. White samuel R. Powell and Tristram s. Dorsey hath hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first herein before written Witness |
