(J) Lake Roland Dam. Provide a grant to the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore and the County Executive and County Council of
Baltimore County for the repair, renovation, restoration, and
structural and nonstructural improvements to the Lake Roland
Dam in Baltimore County, subject to the requirement that the
grantees provide an equal and matching fund for this purpose.
Funds provided by the grantees for the purpose of providing an
equal and matching fund shall be expended prior to the
disbursement of State funding...........................................................            2,125,000

(K) Baltimore Museum of Art. Provide a grant to the Baltimore
Museum of Art for the construction of the New Wing for Art since
1900, and for improvements to the existing Museum of Art, subject
to the requirement that the Baltimore Museum of Art provide an
equal and matching fund for this purpose. Funds provided by the
grantee for the purpose of providing an equal and matching fund
shall be expended prior to the disbursement of State funding.......               250,000

(L) Prince George's County Boot Camp. Provide a grant to the County
Executive and County Council of Prince George's County to
design, construct and equip a correctional boot camp. Funds
provided by the grantee for the purpose of providing an equal and
matching fund shall be expended prior to the disbursement of

(M) Southern Maryland Educational Facility. Provide funds for the
planning and design of the Southern Maryland Educational
Facility (St. Mary's County)...............................................................               262,500

(N) Allegany County Detention Center. Provide a grant to the Board
of County Commissioners of Allegany County for the planning and
design of a new detention center; subject to the requirement that
the Board of County Commissioners of Allegany County provide
and expend an equal matching fund prior to the disbursement of
State funding. Further provided that it is the intent of the General
Assembly that certain services such as food and laundry services be
shared by the new Allegany County Detention Center and the new
State prison facility to be located in Allegany County, and that it is
expected that significant cost savings will result in the reduction of
the total projected scope, size and cost of the new Allegany County
Detention Center................................................................................               400,000

(O) Washington County Detention Center. Provide a grant to the
Board of County Commissioners of Washington County for the
design, construction, expansion, renovation and equipping of a new
detention center; subject to the requirement that the Board of
