County Commissioners of Washington County provide and expend
a matching fund of $945,000 prior to the disbursement of State
funding.................................................................................................            1,803,000

(P) Loyola College (Baltimore City). Provide a grant to Loyola College
for the planning, design, rehabilitation, renovation, reconstruction,
and equipping of a faculty residence to be converted for use as an
academic classroom and office building, subject to the requirement
that Loyola College provide and expend an equal and matching
fund prior to disbursement of State funding. Further provided that
if Loyola College provides a matching fund of less than the
appropriated amount, the College may receive a portion of the
grant authorized by this Act equal to the matching fund the
College provides..................................................................................            2,900,000

(Q) The Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore City). Provide a grant to
The Johns Hopkins University for the planning, design,
construction, and equipping of an addition to the teaching and
research facility of the School of Hygiene and Public Health,
including all mechanical and electrical systems, subject to the
requirement that The Johns Hopkins University provide and
expend an equal and matching fund prior to the disbursement of
State funding. Further provided that if Johns Hopkins University
provides a matching fund of less than this appropriated amount,
the University may receive a portion of the grant authorized by this
Act equal to the matching fund the University provides.................            2,900,000

(R) Mercy Medical Center, Inc. Provide a grant to the Board of
Directors of Mercy Medical Center, Inc. for the planning, design,
renovation, construction, and equipping of a new obstetrics and
gynecological and neonatal intensive care unit, subject to the
requirement that the grantee provide an equal and matching fund
for this purpose. Funds provided by the grantee for the purpose of
proving an equal and matching fund shall be expended prior to the
disbursement of State funding...........................................................            1,000,000

(S) Atlantic General Hospital. Provide a grant to the Board of Directors of
the Worcester Memorial Hospital Corporation for the construction and
equipping of the Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin in Worcester
County, subject to the requirement that the Board of Directors of the
Worcester Memorial Hospital Corporation and the Board of County
Commissioners of Worcester County provide an equal and matching
fund for this purpose. Funds provided by the Board of Directors and
the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of providing an
equal and matching fund shall be expended prior to the disbursement
of State funding....................................................................................            2,000,000
