220 administrators and assigns all the goods, household Stuff, implements, furniture and cattle hereinafter particularly mentioned: That is to Say Six Beds, Bedsteads and furniture, one mahogany table, one walnut Table, two pine tables, one mahogany Work Stand, Six Cane Seat chairs, Six windsor chairs, one Spring bottom mahogany rocking Chair, one cane seat rocking chair, three carpets, three looking glasses, one clock, one Silver patent lever Watch, one Silver detached lever watch, one cooking Stove & fixtures, one pair of brass and-irons, two pair of Iron And-irons, one toilet Stand and furniture, one cradle & furniture, two Milch cows, one calf: all and Singular which Said goods and chattels are now remaining, Standing and being in a certain Messuage or tenement, Situate in East New Market and now in the occupation of the Said James W. Rawlings To Have and To Hold all and Singular the Said goods and chattels, household stuff furniture, and cattle, and other the premises above bargained and Sold, or mentioned and intended so to be, to the Said Edward K. Bramble, his executors, administrators and assigns forever: and I the said James W. Rawlings for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators all and Singular the Said goods, Household Stuff and furniture and other the premises unto the Said Edward K. Bramble his executors, administrators and assigns against me the Said James W. Rawlings, My Executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever Shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents: of all and Singular which said household stuff and furniture and other the premises. I the Said James W. Rawlings have put the Said Edward K. Bramble in full possession by delivering to him the Said Edward K. Bramble one patent Silver lever watch at the Sealing and delivering of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and intended to be so unto him the Said Edward K. Bramble as aforesaid In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal the Fifteenth day of May in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and fifty Six Geo. L. Stevens James W.
