the annexation to the Town of Pittsville of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Southerly corporate limits of the Town of Pittsville, to be known as the
"Sandra W. Dukes Property Annexation" being an area located on the Southerly side of
but not binding upon Old Ocean City Road (Maryland Route 346).
