Resolution No. A-05-07 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF POCOMOKE CITY,
MARYLAND, PROPOSING THE ANNEXATION TO POCOMOKE CITY OF
CERTAIN LANDS SITUATED CONTIGUOUS TO AND BINDING UPON THE
SOUTH CORPORATE LIMITS OF POCOMOKE CITY, KNOWN AS Rt. 13 SOUTH,
AND CIRCUMSTANCES APPLICABLE TO THE PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE
BOUNDARY OF POCOMOKE CITY. [Pursuant to Section C-l of the Charter of the City of Pocomoke City, Worcester
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement). Effective Date May 18, 2006]
POOLESVILLE (Montgomery County) Resolution No. 004-06 Charter Amendment No.: 01-06 An Amendment of the Poolesville Charter to amend the provisions governing
elections: to conform the provisions for registering to vote with State law; to designate the Poolesville Board of Supervisors of Elections or "Board"
as an entity, with authority to make procedural rules governing elections, as well as being
individual supervisors; to change the time for the Board [of Supervisors of Elections] to prepare
the list of voters from 25 to 14 days prior to an election in order to allow time to receive
information from the Montgomery County Board of Elections; and to make stylistic changes and clarification in wording. [Sections 82.3, 82.4, 82.4A, 82.5, and 82.6 of the Charter of the Town of
