Charter Resolution Amendment No. 2006-1
SUBJECT: "Purchasing and Contracts." Resolution of the Mayor and City Council
of Ocean City, Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland. 1957 edition as amended: Section C-721 "Purchasing and contracts." By
repealing and reenacting with amendment a certain section of the Charter of the Town of
Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment shall have the effect of raising the amount of
contracts subject to written bid procedures from $7,500.00 to $10,000.00.

found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
