AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 60-9, Adoption; legal status,
of Article II, Agricultural Land Preservation Program, of Chapter 60, Agriculture,
of the Harford County Code, as amended; to increase the base easement value and
to establish a maximum per development right value under the Harford County
Purchase of Development Rights Program; to provide that a copy of the
Agricultural Land Preservation Program, along with all appendices, is attached to
this Act and made a part hereof as though it were fully stated herein; and generally
relating to the Harford County Agricultural Land Preservation Program.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Subsection A(1) of Section 16-3,
Board of Electrical Examiners, of Article I, Department of Inspections, Licenses
and Permits, of Chapter 16, Departments; and to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Chapter 105, Electricity, all of the Harford County Code, as
amended; to provide for consistency in the membership of the Board of Electrical
Examiners; to provide that Harford County shall adopt as its standard for electrical
installations the 2005 National Electrical Code with certain amendments thereto;
to further require individuals assisting with electrical installations be registered; to
further provide penalties for the violations of the electrical installation standards;
and generally relating to electrical installations in Harford County.

Bill No. 06-06, As Amended
AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection J of Section 256-13, Water
and Sewer Plan, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256, Water and
Sewers, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for the adoption of
the Spring 2006 Master Water and Sewer Plan and to submit said Plan to the
Maryland Department of the Environment for its approval and implementation
pursuant to Title 9 of the Environment Article of the Maryland Annotated Code.
