AN ORDINANCE concerning:
County Rights-of-Way
FOR the purpose of allowing the County to require conduit; altering permit requirements;
requiring diligent prosecution of a permit; clarifying the scope of a maintenance
permit; requiring that utilities provide a survey of their facilities in the
rights-of-way; expanding the scope of an indemnification provision; clarifying
fees; altering notice provisions; creating a complaint process; including a
provision relating to underground facilities; and generally relating to the County's
rights-of-way.
