AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE concerning:
Taxicabs - Gasoline Surcharge and Passenger Fees Rate Changes
FOR the purpose of requiring the Director to set certain gasoline surcharges at certain
times; setting forth the amount of the surcharges altering certain taxicab rates:
placing a limitation on ride sharing provisions; setting a fee for additional
passengers removing a certain permanent surcharge; and providing for a
temporary initial surcharge.
BY repealing and reenacting:
Article 11, § 11-15-302(a) and (d) and (e)
Anne Arundel County Code (2005, as amended)
BY repealing:
Article 11, § 11-15-302(e)
Anne Arundel County Code (2005, as amended)
BY renumbering:
Article 11, § 11-15-302(e)(f) through (k) to be § 11-15-302(f) through (1) (e)
through (j)
Anne Arundel County Code (2005, as amended)
BY adding:
Article 11, § 11-15-302(c)
