AN ACT making corrections to the Howard County Code; repealing references to a list

correcting cross-referencing errors in other parts of the Howard County Code;
providing that this Act is not intended to affect any law other than to correct

An Act amending Subtitle 11 "Adequate Public Facilities" of Title 16 "Planning,
Zoning and Subdivisions and Land Development Regulations" of the Howard
County Code to allow developers who have failed the Adequate Public Facilities
Open/Closed schools test on November 6, 2001 due to incorrect advisory
comments to retake the Open/Closed test retroactively.

AN ACT revising the method used to establish the initial sales price for moderate
income housing units; making the moderate income housing unit law applicable
to a development for which the petitioner has proffered moderate income

to moderate income housing.
