OF THE TOWN OF LAYTONSVILLE, MARYLAND

TO AMEND SECTION 11A OF THE TOWN CHARTER

ENTITLED "POWERS" SO AS TO ADD TO SUBSECTION

(B) THEREOF ENTITLED "SPECIFIC POWERS" A NEW

SUBPARAGRAPH (6) TO BE ENTITLED "LIENS ON PROPERTY

FOR ACTIONS OF TOWN REGARDING REAL PROPERTY"

TO CREATE A LIEN ON REAL PROPERTY FOR ANY VALID

MAINTENANCE COSTS INCURRED BY THE TOWN OR CHARGES,

TAXES OR ASSESSMENTS DUE TO THE TOWN AND PROVIDE

FOR A MECHANISM FOR COLLECTION.

[Section 11A of the Charter of the Town of Laytonsville, Montgomery County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 2003-02

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF LOCH LYNN
HEIGHTS, MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland (1981 Constitutions Replacement Volume) and Section 13 of
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1996 Replacement Volume and 1999
Cumulative Supplement), to repeal Section 24 of the code of Public Local Laws of
Garrett County, Maryland, said Section being entitled: "Enforcement of Ordinances,"
in its entirety and reenact a new Section 24 in its place and stead.

[Section 24 of the Charter of the Town of Loch Lynn Heights, Garrett County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), repealed.
