FIRST 2004 ANNEXATION
AN ANNEXATION RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY
OF LAUREL BY THE ADDITION THERETO OF SECTION NO. 238, ENTITLED
"FIRST 2004 ANNEXATION", PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF LAND
CONTAINING 21.152± ACRES OF LAND RECORDED AMONG THE LAND
RECORDS OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY IN LIBER 2625 AT FOLIO 161 AND
IMPROVED WITH THE MILLSTONE APARTMENT COMPLEX, SUCH
PROPERTIES BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THIS
ANNEXATION RESOLUTION AT EXHIBIT B, ALL OF WHICH PROPERTY WILL
REMAIN IN ITS EXISTING ZONE, THE R-18 (ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) AND,
AS A RESULT OF THE ABOVE PETITION, THE FOLLOWING PROPERTIES
