REGULAR ATTENDANCE AT COUNCIL MEETINGS AND TO CREATE A
VACANCY ON COUNCIL FOR MEMBERS FAILING TO ATTEND THREE (3)
CONSECUTIVE MEETINGS.
[Section 6 of the Charter of the City of Bowie, Prince George's County, as found
in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
Effective Date February 5, 2004]

AUTHORIZE RECALL OF ELECTED OFFICIALS UNDER CERTAIN
CIRCUMSTANCES.
[Section 32A of the Charter of the City of Bowie, Prince George's County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), added.

ENLARGING THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF BOWIE BY
ANNEXING LAND CONTIGUOUS AND ADJOINING TO THE EXISTING
CORPORATE AREA OF THE CITY OF BOWIE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY
KNOWN AS THE RODENHAUSER PROPERTY CONSISTING OF
APPROXIMATELY 16.38 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHERN END
OF DENMARK PLACE IN THE WOODMORE HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION AND
EAST OF CHURCH ROAD.
