A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF
BRUNSWICK BY REPEALING ARTICLE X. "STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND
IMPROVEMENTS" AND SECTIONS 16-76, 16-77 AND 16-78 THEREOF; TO
ENACT NEW ARTICLE X AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BRUNSWICK TO LEVY
AND COLLECT TAXES IN THE FORM OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR
CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND PROJECTS; AND TO SET FORTH THE
PROCEDURE TO LEVY AND COLLECT SUCH ASSESSMENTS.

Frederick County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), repealed.
