FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the City of Annapolis to remove
inconsistent language describing the city administrator and to revise certain
employment conditions.

[Section 2B of Article VI of the Charter of the City of Annapolis, Anne Arundel
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.

A RESOLUTION concerning

The Charter Revision Commission

FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the City of Annapolis to require that
proposed revisions to the city charter be submitted by the periodic charter
revision commissions within six months instead of within a one-year period.

A RESOLUTION concerning

The Reorganization of the Planning and Zoning Department and the

Department of Public Works

FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the City of Annapolis to revise and
transfer certain duties of the planning and zoning department and the
department of public works; establishing a department of neighborhood and
environmental programs; and all matters relating to said departments.

[Sections 7 and 10 of Article VI of the Charter of the City of Annapolis, Anne
Arundel County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.
