A RESOLUTION concerning

Bembe Beach/Bay Front Drive Property Annexation

FOR the purpose of annexing into the boundaries of the City of Annapolis certain
property located on Bay Front Drive, lying along the waterfront between Bembe
Beach property earlier annexed to the north and the Bay Woods complex to the
south and west; and Chesapeake Bay/mouth of Severn River east, contiguous to
the existing boundary of the City of Annapolis.

[Pursuant to Section 1 of Article I of the Charter of the City of Annapolis, Anne
Arundel County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Annapolis Business Plaza Condominium / 40 and 42 Hudson Street Property

Annexation

FOR the purpose of annexing into the boundaries of the City of Annapolis certain
property located at 40 and 42 Hudson Street, known as Annapolis Business
Plaza Condominium, contiguous to the existing boundary of the City of
Annapolis.

[Pursuant to Section 1 of Article I of the Charter of the City of Annapolis, Anne
Arundel County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Arundel Land and Development Co., Inc. Property Annexation

FOR the purpose of annexing into the boundaries of the City of Annapolis certain
property fronting Aris T. Allen Boulevard to the north and east, undeveloped
residentially zoned land to the west, undeveloped residentially zoned land to the
south and east and to the south and west, contiguous to the existing boundary of
the City of Annapolis.
