Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2003-01

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF ACCIDENT,
MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of
Maryland (1981 Constitutions Replacement Volume) and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1996 Replacement Volume and 1999 Cumulative
Supplement), to repeal Sections 1-86 and 1-87 of the Charter of Accident, Garrett
County, Maryland, said Sections being entitled: "Misdemeanors" and "Municipal
Infractions," in their entirety, and to reenact a new Section 1-86/87 in their place and
stead.

[Sections 1-86 and 1-87 of the Charter of the Town of Accident, Garrett County,
as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), repealed.

Sections 1-86 and 1-87 of the Charter of the Town of Accident, Garrett County,
as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), added.

A RESOLUTION concerning

Political Parties and the Board of Supervisors of Elections

FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the City of Annapolis to clarify that the
third member of the Board of Supervisors of Elections may have any political
party affiliation.

[Section 6(a) of Article II of the Charter of the City of Annapolis, Anne Arundel
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.
