11.5-105.

(a) An employee organization that is certified or that seeks certification as an
exclusive representative under this section shall submit to the labor relations
administrator:

(2) Any subsequent change in the employee [organizations]

(a) (1) In this section the following words have the meanings indicated.

(2) "Bonds" means general obligation bonds or notes, revenue bonds or
notes, or other evidences of obligations by whatever name known or source of funds
secured, issued by a county.
