AN ACT concerning
Death Benefits for Eligible Beneficiaries Receiving Accidental Disability
Allowance
FOR the purpose of providing that certain persons are entitled to receive certain
death benefits upon the death of certain retirees of the retirement system under
certain circumstances; clarifying that certain death benefits may be paid when
certain retirees die in service; making certain technical and stylistic changes,
providing for the application of this Act; providing for the effective date of this
Act and generally relating to death benefits for certain retirees.
