Development Impact Fees
FOR the purpose of requiring the payment of certain public safety development
impact fees under certain circumstances; revising the schedule of development
impact fees; providing for the computation of development impact fees under
certain circumstances; providing for credits of fees; establishing public safety
impact fee special funds; providing for the expenditure of development impact
fees; requiring certain reports; providing for certain review and automatic
adjustment of fees; and generally relating to development impact fees and the
financing of capital improvements.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 24, §§ 7-101(b); 7-102; 7-103; 7-104(a); 7-105(a) and (d); 7-106(a);
7-107(a) and (b); 7-108; 7-109(a), (b), (c), and (e); and 7-111
