YEARS OF "SMALL ISSUE" BORROWING FROM FIVE YEARS TO TWENTY
YEARS
[Section 39(B) of the Charter of the Town of Ridgely, Caroline County, as found
in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 2000 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Annexation Resolution 2002-2
A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of Rising Sun,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XIE of the Constitution of Maryland and
Section 19 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition - 1998
Replacement Volume), for the enlargement of the corporate boundaries of said Town
by the annexation of certain land contiguous to and adjoining the existing corporate
area. (17.161 acres of land, more or less.)
