(Kent County) Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2001-1 A CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF ROCK HALL passed pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland (1981 Replacement Volume and 2000 Supplement) and
Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1998 Replacement
Volume and 2000 Supplement), to amend the Charter of the Town of Rock Hall (as
published in Municipal Charters of Maryland, Volume 6, 1990 Edition as replaced,
supplemented or amended), amending the Charter of the Town. [Sections 202 C.3.d, 310, 713, 807A.3, 904B, 1009, 1010, 1011, 1201, 1301A,
1307, Appendix I § A1-105(c) and A1-107(a)(3) of the Charter of the Town of Rock
Hall, Kent County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2000 Supplement), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments. Effective Date April 28, 2001]
ROCKVILLE (Montgomery County) Resolution No. 14-01 RESOLUTION: To enlarge the corporate boundaries of the City of Rockville to
include 53,233 square feet of land (1.22 acres) of Sue K. Margelos and
Rebecca Boyd [Pursuant to Sections 1 and 2 of Article I of the Charter of the City of Rockville,
Montgomery County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2000 Supplement). Effective Date August 27, 2001]
Resolution No. 29-01 RESOLUTION: To enlarge the corporate boundaries of the City of Rockville to
include 2.21 acres of land of Bor-Chung Chen, Pi-Hsia Chen and
Hsiu-Ping Chou [Pursuant to Sections 1 and 2 of Article I of. the Charter of the City of Rockville,
Montgomery County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2000 Supplement).
Effective Date October 25, 2001]
