Charter Resolution Amendment No. 2001-1
SUBJECT: "Payment of indebtedness." Resolution of the Mayor and City
Council of Ocean City, Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, 1957 edition as amended: Section C-719 "Payment of indebtedness" by
repealing and reenacting with amendment a certain section of the Charter of the
Town of Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment shall have the effect of changing the
percentage amount of the maximum debt level the town can incur.
[Section C-719 of the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Worcester County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2000 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
Effective Date August 7, 2001]

Annexation Resolution No. 2001-10
RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of Perryville,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland and
Section 19 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition - 1981
Replacement Volume), for the enlargement of the corporate boundaries of said Town
by the annexation of certain land contiguous to and adjoining the existing corporate
area (15.25 acres of land, more or less).
[Pursuant to Sections C1-1 and C2-1 of the Charter of the Town of Perryville,
Cecil County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2000 Supplement).
