AMENDING SECTION 23-8 OF THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF NEW
MARKET
SECTION ONE: BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of New
Market in accordance with the Annotated Code of Maryland, Article III, Section 23-8
(meetings) of the Charter of the Town of New Market be and is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the matter enclosed in brackets, and by adding thereto the matter
in all capital letters.
