It is the intent of the General Assembly that any increase in the
project cost above the $33,313,000 shown in the fiscal 2003
Capital Improvement Program be funded on an equal basis with
State and nonstate funds.

Anne Arundel County Board of Education to be used exclusively
to assist in the design and renovation of the Maryland Hall for
