College of Notre Dame of Maryland. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $850,000 or (h) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Trustees of College of Notre Dame of
Maryland to assist in the construction of the renovations to
Fourier Hall, LeClerc Hall, and the Central Plant, subject to the
requirement that the grantee provide an equal and matching
fund for this purpose. The fund may consist of funds expended

(K) Foundation School. Provide a grant to the Board of Directors of
the Foundation School to assist in the design, construction, and
capital equipping of an elementary/middle/high school in
Landover for emotionally disabled students (Prince George's

(L) Great Blacks in Wax Museum. Provide a grant to the Board of
Directors of the Great Blacks in Wax Museum to assist in the
design and construction of two additions to the Museum

(M) Maryland Independent College and University Association -
Johns Hopkins University. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of
(i) $3,575,000 $425,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Trustees of The Johns Hopkins
University to assist in the design and construction of a new
chemistry building on the Homewood campus, subject to the
requirement that the grantee provide an equal and matching
