(13) Provides professional services while:
(ii) Using any narcotic or controlled dangerous substance, as
defined in [Article 27 of the Code] § 5-101 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE, or other
drug that is in excess of therapeutic amounts or without valid medical indication;
3-313.
Subject to the hearing provisions of § 3-315 of this subtitle, the Board may deny
a license to any applicant, reprimand any licensee, place any licensee on probation,
with or without conditions, or suspend or revoke a license, or any combination thereof,
if the applicant or licensee:
(6) Provides professional services while:
(ii) Using any narcotic or controlled dangerous substance, as
defined in [Article 27 of the Code] § 5-101 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE, or other
drug that is in excess of therapeutic amounts or without valid medical indication;
3-5A-09.
(a) Subject to the hearing provisions of § 3-315 of this title, the Board may
deny a certificate or registration to any applicant, reprimand any certificate holder or
registration holder, place any certificate holder or registration holder on probation, or
suspend or revoke the certificate of a certificate holder or the registration of a
registration holder if the applicant, certificate holder, or registration holder:
(7) Provides professional services while:
(ii) Using any narcotic or controlled dangerous substance, as
defined in [Article 27 of the Code] § 5-101 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE, or other
drug that is in excess of therapeutic amounts or without valid medical indication;
(18) Is addicted to, or habitually abuses, any narcotic or controlled
dangerous substance as defined in [Article 27 of the Code] § 5-101 OF THE CRIMINAL
LAW ARTICLE;
4- 315.
(a) Subject to the hearing provisions of § 4-318 of this subtitle, the Board may
deny a general license to practice dentistry, a limited license to practice dentistry, or
a teacher's license to practice dentistry to any applicant, reprimand any licensed
dentist, place any licensed dentist on probation, or suspend or revoke the license of
any licensed dentist, if the applicant or licensee:
(5) Provides professional services while:
(ii) Using any narcotic or controlled dangerous substance, as
defined in [Article 27 of the Code] § 5-101 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE, or other
drug that is in excess of therapeutic amounts or without valid medical indication;
(b) Subject to the hearing provisions of § 4-318 of this subtitle, the Board may
deny a general license to practice dental hygiene, a teacher's license to practice dental
hygiene, or a temporary license to practice dental hygiene to any applicant,
