AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of:

-        clarifying the circumstances for exemption of a private school from the
special exception process if located on land owned or leased by a religious
institution.

By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

DIVISION 59-G-2           "SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS - STANDARDS AND

REQUIREMENTS"

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of:

- allowing a golf course in the RDT Zone approved before (ZTA Effective

Date) to provide limited lodging facilities by special exception, under
certain circumstances.

By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of:

-        defining the term "Home occupation residential parking area";

-        limiting on-site parking for a no-impact home occupation to not more than
one motor vehicle;

-        limiting on-site parking for a registered home occupation to not more than
2 motor vehicles;

-       requiring a registered home occupation to have an on-site home
occupation residential parking area;

-        establishing home occupation residential parking area setback standards;
