AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of:

- creating a TDR option in the PD-2 zone.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-7              "PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONE"

Section 59-C-7.14           Density of residential development.

- creating an Optional Method of Development in the I-3 Zone.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-5              "INDUSTRIAL ZONES"

And by adding a new section:
