AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 202-5, Certification; to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 202-6, Permits; to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 202-7, Plans and specifications; to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 202-9, Inspection of plumbing and gas fitting; to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 202-10, Emergency work; to repeal
and re-enact, with amendments, Section 202-11, Piping through adjacent property;
and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 202-12, Violations and
penalties, all of Chapter 202, Plumbing, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
provide the standards, criteria and conditions associated with a septic installer's
certificate, a journey septic installer's certificate and an on-site journey utility
installer's certificate; to further provide for consistency in terms and language; and
generally relating to plumbing.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Article XXVIIA, Harford Cable
Network Board, of Part 3, Authoritative Boards and Commissions, of Chapter 9,
Boards, Commissions, Councils and Agencies, of the Harford County Code, as
amended; to establish that a certain member be a nonvoting member; to provide for
the selection of certain officers, to establish the voting rights of the Board's Chair; to
provide for the performance evaluation of the Executive Director; and generally
relating to the Harford Cable Network Board.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection A(2), Chesapeake Bay
Critical Area Management Program, of Section 169-1, Adoption; legal status, of
Chapter 169, Master Plan, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to incorporate
map changes to the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Management Program that
resulted from the approval of a certain growth allocation; and generally related to the
Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Management Program.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Table I, Principal Permitted Uses
for Specific Zoning Districts: Transport, Commun., & Utilities (TCU), of Chapter 267,
Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide that commercial
ambulance services be a permitted used in the VB, B3, CI and GI Districts; and
generally related to zoning.
