HARFORD COUNTY

Subsection C(12) to Section 267-39, B1, B2, and B3 Business Districts, of Article VI,
District Regulations, of Part 1, Standards; and to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Table I, Principal Permitted Uses for Specific Zoning Districts,
Industrial (Part 2), all of Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as
amended; to provide for a definition of custom made wood household furniture; to
provide that custom made wood household furniture be a permitted used in the B3,
CI, LI, and GI Districts; to establish certain conditions for this use in the B3 District;
and generally relating to zoning.

XXI, Public Library Board of Trustees; to repeal and reenact, with amendments,

repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 9-127, Terms of office; vacancies, of
Article XXI, Public Library Board of Trustees, all of Part 3, Authoritative Boards and
Commissions, of Chapter 9, Boards, Commissions, Councils and Agencies, of the
Harford County Code, as amended; to alter the number of members of the Public
Library Board of Trustees; to establish the terms of the members; and generally
relating to the Public Library Board of Trustees.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to add new Article VI, Motorized Scooters, to Chapter 244,
Vehicles and Traffic, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to define the term
motorized scooter; to prohibit the use of motorized scooters on County roads and
County sidewalks; to establish a certain fine for violation of this Article; and generally
relating to motorized scooters.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection J of Section 256-13,
Water and Sewer Plan, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256, Water and
Sewers, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to provide for the adoption of an
amendment to the Spring 2002 Master Water and Sewer Plan.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Subsection J of Section 256-13,
Water and Sewer Plan, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256, Water and
Sewers, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to provide for the adoption of the
Fall 2002 Master Water and Sewer Plan and to submit said Plan to the Maryland
Department of the Environment for its approval and implementation pursuant to
Title 9 of the Environment Article of the Maryland Annotated Code.
