the elderly; and generally relating to housing for the elderly.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Subsection J of Section 256-13,
Water and Sewer Plan, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256, Water and
Sewers, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to provide for the adoption of the
Spring 2002 Master Water and Sewer Plan and to submit said Plan to the Maryland
Department of the Environment for its approval and implementation pursuant to
Title 9 of the Environment Article of the Maryland Annotated Code.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments to Sections 1.7, Definitions, 5.1,
Normal Retirement, 5.6, Maximum Limitation on Benefits, and 6.2., Optional forms
of Benefit, as incorporated by reference in Chapter 29, Harford County Sheriff's
Office Pension, of Part i, Administrative Legislation, of the Harford County Code, as
amended, and to add a new Section 5.10, Cost of Living Adjustments thereto; to
provide for the adoption by reference of the Sheriff's Office Pension Plan as amended
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference in its entirety and to
further provide that the Sheriff's Office Pension Plan as amended is made a part
hereof as though fully stated herein, and generally relating to the establishment of a
pension plan for certain law enforcement and correctional employees of the Sheriff's
Office.
