AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County Code, 1998 - Twenty-Third Enactment

FOR the purpose of enacting the Baltimore County Code, 1998 and adding four titles
to the Baltimore County Code, to be designated and known as "Article 32.
Planning, Zoning and Subdivision Control", "Title 5. Commercial district
management authorities", "Title 6. Adequate public facilities", "Title 7.
Historical and architectural preservation", and "Title 8. Floodplain
management"; to revise, restate, renumber, and recodify the laws of the County
relating and pertaining to general powers and duties of various departments -
and officers of the County, commercial districts, adequate public facilities,
landmarks preservation, and floodplain management; providing for the
construction and application of this Act; defining certain terms; providing for a
contingent effective date of this Act; and generally relating to the laws of the
County.
