AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County Code, 1998 - Twenty-Fourth Enactment

FOR the purpose of enacting the Baltimore County Code, 1998 and adding one article
to he Baltimore County Code, to be designated and known as "Article 28.
Education"; to revise, restate, and recodify the laws of the County relating and
pertaining to providing certain children transportation to schools, and the
voluntary participation in education costs program; providing for the
construction and application of this Act; providing for the continuity of terms of
certain officials, the status of certain transactions and employees, rights, titles,
and interests, licenses, registrations, certifications, and permits; providing for a
contingent effective date of this Act; and generally relating to the laws of the
County.

FOR the purpose of establishing certain property tax credits for certain qualified
improvements for commercially zoned properties under certain circumstances;
providing that the property tax credits will apply for a certain period of time;
providing for appeals; authorizing the adoption of regulations; defining certain
terms; and generally relating to property tax credits.
