Baltimore County Code, 1998 - Twenty-Second Enactment

FOR the purpose of enacting the Baltimore County Code, 1998 and adding four titles
to Article 32. Planning, zoning and subdivision control, of the Baltimore County
Code, 1998, including "Title 1. In general.", "Title 2. Planning.", "Title 3.
Zoning.", and "Title 9. Growth allocation."; to revise, restate, and recodify the
laws of the County relating and pertaining to planning, zoning, and growth
allocation; defining certain terms; providing for the construction and application
of this Act; providing for the continuity of terms of certain officials, the status of
certain transactions and employees, rights, titles, and interests, licenses,
registrations, certifications, and permits; providing for a contingent effective
date of this Act; and generally relating to the laws of the County.

AN ACT concerning

Towing

FOR the purpose of revising the Baltimore County towing laws to add provisions
concerning the towing of motor vehicles from parking lots and garages, defining
terms; providing for enforcement of the article; requiring the filing of an
application to obtain a trespass towing license or an accident towing license;
requiring the posting of certain notices at parking lots or parking garages;
