AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County Code, 1998 - Nineteenth Enactment

FOR the purpose of enacting the Baltimore County Code, 1998 and adding one article
to the Baltimore County Code, to be designated and known as "Article 26.
Redevelopment and revitalization", to recodify the laws of the County relating
and pertaining to redevelopment and revitalization; repealing a provision of an
earlier Code revision bill; defining certain terms; providing for the construction
and application of this Act; providing for the continuity of terms of certain
officials, the status of certain transactions and employees, rights, titles, and
interests, licenses, registrations, certifications, and permits; providing for a
contingent effective date of this Act; and generally relating to the laws of the
County.

FOR the purpose of enacting the Baltimore County Code, 1998 and adding one article
to the Baltimore County Code, to be designated and known as "Article 9.
Revenue Authority", to recodify the laws of the County relating and pertaining
to the Baltimore County Revenue Authority; defining certain terms; providing
for the construction and application of this Act; providing for the continuity of
terms of certain officials, the status of certain transactions and employees,
rights, titles, and interests, licenses, registrations, certifications, and permits;
providing for a contingent effective date of this Act; and generally relating to the
laws of the County.
