AN ACT concerning

Fire Prevention Code - Sprinkler System

FOR the purpose of extending the time frame for compliance with certain
requirements of the Baltimore County Fire Prevention Code concerning building
sprinkler systems; requiring certain filings to be made by a building owner;
authorizing a waiver of compliance in certain cases; and generally relating to
the Fire Prevention Code.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,

Section 7-3.2.21.2.1 Sections 7-3.2.21.2.1 and 7-3.2.21.2.2, the NFPA1 Fire
Prevention Code, 2000 Edition, the Fire Prevention Code of Baltimore
County, as adopted by Bill 70-01
