Amusement Halls and Roller Skating Rinks

FOR the purpose of requiring a license to operate amusement halls or roller skating
rinks in the County; defining terms; setting fees and expiration dates for
licenses; providing regulations regarding the denial, revocation, suspension or
nonrenewal of a license and enforcement of the article; establishing penalties;
and generally relating to licenses for amusement halls and roller skating rinks.
