FOR the purpose of providing that fees charged for the filing of issues in the
Comprehensive Zoning Map Process shall be established by the County
Administrative Officer; providing guidelines for the establishment of fees; and
generally relating to fees charged in the Comprehensive Zoning Map Process.

requiring certain notices; requiring an applicant to provide certain information
to the Office of Planning; prohibiting the withdrawal or modification of a
Comprehensive Zoning Map issue after a certain date time; and generally
relating to the Comprehensive Zoning Map Process.
