AN ACT CONCERNING the Repeal and Readoption with Amendments, of Title
9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County (1996 Ed.) entitled
"Animal Control".
FOR THE PURPOSE of revising and updating the Queen Anne's County Animal
Control Ordinance as codified in Title 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen
Anne's County (1996 Ed.); clarifying the term "restraint" as used in the Ordinance;
providing for the development of regulations regarding minimum standards for
animal care; clarifying the provisions regarding animals at large; expanding the
definition of "public nuisance" animal; providing for the impoundment and
euthanizing of certain vicious or dangerous animals; providing for issuance of rabies
tags; establishing and clarifying the requirements for redemption of impounded
animals; and generally updating, revising and clarifying the Queen Anne's County
Animal Control Ordinance.

AN ACT CONCERNING the Repeal of the "Sunset" provisions of the Queen
Anne's County Interim Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance, Title 28 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County, (1996 Ed.);
FOR THE PURPOSE of repealing Subtitle 2. Term and Extension of Title 28 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County, Interim Adequate Public
Facilities Ordinance; and eliminating the "Sunset" provisions of said Ordinance.
