Ordinance No. 02-06

AN ACT concerning the Repeal and Re-enactment with amendments of certain
sections to Title 18, LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT, Code of Public Local Laws of
Queen Anne's County (1996 Edition) and the Official Zoning Maps of Queen Anne's
County, and enacting Subtitle 14.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF repealing and re-enacting with amendments Sections
18-1-013, and 18-1-020, and Queen Anne's County Official Zoning Maps 51 and 59
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County, 1996 Edition, and enacting
a new Subtitle 14 of Article 18, implementing the recommendations in the
Queenstown Community Plan including land use, development, environmental, and
design standards for development to occur in the proposed zoning districts
(Queenstown Master-Planned Development District).

AN ACT concerning the Repeal and Re-adoption with amendments pursuant to
Title 14 Part VII, Subpart 2 of the Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County,
Maryland (1996 Ed.), Environmental Protection of 1996 Official Chesapeake Bay
Critical Area Overlay Map No. 57;

FOR THE PURPOSE OF designating part of Parcel Nos. 444, 457 and 472 on
1996 Official Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Overlay Map No. 57 as Buffer Exempt
Areas.

Ordinance No. 02-08

AN ACT CONCERNING the Establishment of a Reserved Fund Balance.

FOR THE PURPOSE of establishing and maintaining a fund balance reserve for
contingencies of an emergency nature; requiring annual reports on such fund balance;
providing for the appropriation of such funds to meet emergency needs; and requiring
surplus revenues be used to maintain the reserved fund balance at a set minimum
amount;

By enacting a new Subtitle 5 of Title 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen
Anne's County (1996 Ed.).

Ordinance No. 02-09

AN ACT concerning the repeal of Title 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Queen Anne's County (1996 Ed.).

FOR THE PURPOSE of repealing Title 17. HUNTING REGULATIONS of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County (1996 Ed.) to eliminate regulation
of fox hunting and other hunting regulations by Queen Anne's County.
