EHRLICH, JR., Governor Ch. 357 (4) At the end of a term, a member continues to serve until a successor is (5) A member who is appointed after a term has begun serves only for the (6) A member may not serve for more than: (ii) a total of more than [9] 6 years. (7) A person may not be a member of the board if the person: (i) has defaulted on the payment of a monetary obligation to the (ii) has been convicted of a criminal offense involving dishonesty or (iii) habitually has neglected to pay debts; OR (IV) HAS BEEN PROHIBITED UNDER ANY FEDERAL SECURITIES LAW (8) A member shall meet any other qualifications set forth in the bylaws (9) A member may not be an immediate family member of another board (10) The board shall elect a chairman from among its members.
