Ch. 316 2003 LAWS OF MARYLAND [9-403. An applicant for a license shall: (1) submit to the Commissioner an application on the form that the (2) pay to the Commissioner an application fee of $5.] On receipt of an application for a license, the Commissioner: (1) shall review the employment experience of the applicant; (2) may investigate the integrity and moral character of the applicant; (3) unless the applicant previously had a license suspended or revoked [9-405. Within 30 days after the Commissioner receives an application for a license, the (1) approve or deny the application; and (2) give the applicant immediate notice of a denial.] (a) The Commissioner shall issue a license to each applicant who meets the (b) The Commissioner shall include on each license the name of the [9-407.
